Good news for those of you not caught on your adventures through Corona, Salvatore's Saga of the First King is being collected into omnibus format. The first, collecting The Highwayman and The Ancient is already out and available from your favorite online and offline venues as well as RASalvastore.com. The next, assuming there will be one, should collect the concluding two volumes of the series and be released eventually. No doubt it will take me two months to notice that bit of news, too.

If you have yet to dive into the world of Corona, this is a great way to start. I greatly enjoyed the Highwayman and the world Bob created for it is familiar yet pleasantly different.
And who couldn't use a little downtrodden-guy-sticking-it-to-the-man action? Its very satisfying.

Agreed. If you haven't checked out Corona, do yourself a favor and do so.

I actually bought this book through the e-signing as a gift, since I myself thought it would be a great introduction to Bob in general if said person hasn't read any. The Corona novels is above par (or below since par is golfing term), and is "only" 11 books in grand total. (this being two books in one).
