So I've been wanting to set up some sort of game night for a while now. Sometime when we can all get together and just have some fun. Problem is, my knowledge of accessible games is somewhat limited, so I'd like you guys to give me some suggestions. I'm looking for games that can be easily played (Browser based preferred) as well as something that can be done in a relatively short amount of time so as not to keep people forever. Also, what nights could work for you guys? I really want to get as much participation as possible here, so let me know what time is good for you and we can hammer out something. I'm also going to try and stay on top of this as much as possible, so dates/times whatever can be changed on the fly if need be. One more thing: I'd like to set up some kind of small VOIP server for us, and I want to know if people here are biased towards a certain program. What do you like? Ventrilo, Mumble, Teamspeak or Skype? (Forewarning: I have little experience with the latter.)
EDIT: I just thought of a really easy one we could do if anyone is interested. Cards Against Humanity Online. Quick, easy to learn and hilarious. Good for short sessions. Would anyone be interested in this one?

I was going to suggest Cards Against Humanity Online. I play regularly offline at our friends' game night. Great game. Hilarious. Wrong. So wrong. Perfect game, really.
I could recommend all kinds of board games, but I got nothing when it comes to games you can play in a browser.
Many of us are on Skype.
I'm available most days from 4pm to 11pm EST. My weekends are Tues. and Wed. and I'm usually available any time during those, though I may be marathoning anime and irritable if disturbed (granted, that goes for most nights).

Pandemic, Elder Sign, Munchkin, and Flux come to mind.
