I was disappointed by The Black Keys' latest single, Fever, but it was the sort of disappointment heavily tinged by apathy. It is a weak single, a dull bit of blah that should have been buried deep in the album. Instead it is out there in front to, I don't know... keep expectations low. Considering how much I like the rest of their music, I should be excited about the news of their latest album. Instead I am wondering if this will be yet another band that's gotten away from me. Don't pay any attention to me though... I recently discovered that I like a One Direction song and my tastes are now in question.

Your tastes are always in questions, especially when it comes to music

Good music and Nickelback are polar opposites.

Not gonna lie; That One Direction bit traumatized me slightly. But then I like some weird stuff myself...
Newest addition to my playlist after getting that surgery done haha

I have been listening to Ellie Goulding's Burn a bit lately. I have no idea what the lyrics are... I just like the sound of the song.

Just this. I could listen to it for hours (and I usually do). The short version with the movie the screen shots are from is here (though it is hard to hear since the music track is quieter than the effects tracks). It's at least worth one watch. Even when I had no idea what was going on, the song and video were just awesome together. But This one is the full song version which is the one I'm listening to. Only difference is a few extra lines really.

Here's my LastFM, if anyone wants to know my overall taste in music for the most part.
I've also been listening to this album quite a bit in the car, great driving music.

I've had the new Sigur Ros version of Rains of Castamere playing since Sunday [from Game of Thrones].

I listen to rather heavy music. Mostly Death and Black Metal and hardly anything from America (Mostly Sweden and Norway) But Anaal Nathrakh has been heavy in my listening rotation lately. youtu.be/kzQpiJjdprQ

Hmm, I love all kinds of music, but favorites recently include Imagine Dragons, Florence and the Machine, and classic stuff from Tangerine Dreams, Judas Priest, and such.

I've been listening to Come With Me Now by KONGOS pretty much non-stop since I heard at a Stars/Jets hockey game. Really great song and a really underrated group. I don't think I've heard one song of theirs that I didn't like. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gz2GVlQkn4Q
